A large BPO (Business Processes Outsourcing Services) company headquartered in India with businesses/consultants located across multiple countries spanning continents. Due to the dynamic business environment, there is a constant need for keeping the workforce skilled on a variety of areas , especially on soft-skills Though there was a large expended training budget, the effectiveness to measure the results were limited. Need to obtain actionable insights on their organizational transformation program.
