Experience design for Online Banking
Leading commercial Bank from Dubai required a web and mobile friendly Experience for their Oracle Flexcube ™ implementation.
Client had decided to implement core banking application using Oracle’s Flex cube platform, which had conventional style UI which was not appealing enough for the business users who are getting accustomed to interactive design style UI of new age applications. Bank business was mostly from few corporate clients, with the new design they wanted to reach out to retail customers. So the management/marketing team identified the key user groups (young professionals, expats, migrant employees, Native Youths …) and they wanted to have a the new experience less cluttered and light weight and users should not feel burdened with complex front end to do their basic daily tasks.
- Meeting New Gen users with simple and easy to use screens flow giving unified experience for both web & mobile.
- Reducing redundant screen data had to be entered manually which was taking time.
